Yet here we are!

In addition to running my speaking and executive leadership coaching practice, I am the Co-Founder of Top 50 Farmers which is spotlighting regenerative farmers across Europe who are leading the transition & acting as role models inspiring new farmers to enter the field.
On November 11 (mark your calendar!) the application will open to nominate a farmer or apply directly if you are a farmer.
This project is all about storytelling & the power of stories to inspire change.
As part of our launch, we wanted to make a short film that spotlights the diversity of how regen principles are already being applied across Europe and encourages farmers to apply for the Award and share their story to inspire others.
Our production team traveled to Spain, the Arctic Circle, and Denmark to capture footage of all kinds of regen farmers doing their thing interviewing them about why we need more role models to attract the next generation and grow this movement.
It was incredibly inspiring & we cant wait to share the end product with you!
