Lessons Learned from 1 Year in Business
In this tell all episode, I share the good, the bad, and the ugly
Last October, I made the bold decision to start my own business.
I proudly proclaimed the news on LinkedIn and Instagram. In doing so, I made my first mistake as a new found entrepreneur.
You see, I didn’t actually announce that I was starting a business. I said that I was going all in on the podcast.
Those are two VERY different things.
In the year that’s followed, I’ve made plenty of mistakes and learned a lot about myself.
I’ve also made some brilliant decisions and grown tremendously.
I can affirm that the journey into entrepreneurship is an epic excavation of self.
Being my own boss means I get to negotiate with me, myself, and I. This has challenged me in so many unforeseen ways.
When you decide to pave your own way, your sh*t really comes up in the process.
And in this episode, I share everything that has come up for me: what I’ve learned what sucked, what worked, and how I failed.
I’ts vulnerable.
It’s honest.
It’s the truth of how I got to where I am.
Listen and let me know what you take away from my journey <3
