This week, I delivered the opening keynote for the EIT Food Sales Booster on the Future Food Revolution.
Hosted by Katalista Ventures, this 2-day workshop supports startups in scaling internationally. My job was to provide an executive overview of the macro trends shaping the future of food as well as get the entrepreneurs thinking about their vision for the future and how they fit into the revolution.
This is one of my favorite talks to deliver because it asks all employees to consider how their actions, strategies, and structure build our future into reality.
In the keynote, we explore what the future of food will look like and how what you sell and how you build influences the greater ecosystem.
We explore past visions and intentions that have shaped our current food system and look at examples of innovations and organizations leading us forward.
Here’s what Katalista Ventures Partner, Elena Salamandic-Alijosiene, had to say about the talk:
Analisa’s ability to draw from her vast knowledge about the agrifood industry and help founders understand the broader socio-economic context was invaluable. Her opening keynote set the stage for the context canvas workshop that followed immediately after her presentation.
As a speaker, Analisa is a great storyteller. She inspired the audience, was confident, knowledgeable, well-prepared, and adapted the content of her presentation to our needs. Analisa was very engaging and managed to get everyone to participate in the discussion even in an online Zoom format. If you’re on the fence about hiring her to do a keynote for your org, I would say absolutely go for it.
